FMCSA hosting four hours-of-service listening sessions The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration will hold four listening sessions in January to gather information and comments as the agency prepares yet another hours-of-service rulemaking. Three of the four sessions are already firmed up: January 19 in Arlington, Va.; January 22 in Dallas; and January 25 in Los Angeles.
