Please help a trucker in need this holiday season The second annual Christmas Group fund drive for needy truckers is underway. Nebraska Trucking member E & R Transportation is part of the Christmas Group that last year raised over $8,000 to help 13 trucking families in need have a better holiday. This year, the goal is $10,000 and 100 percent of all donations go directly to trucking families nominated for the extra help by fellow truckers. Eldon McFarling, the “E” of E & R, says that one of the nominated families is from O’Neill, Nebraska, with a driver diagnosed with ALS.
