Time to post OSHA 300-A summary If you had 11 or more employees during the last calendar year, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration requires that you post a summary of your employees’ injuries and illnesses on an OSHA 300-A form. The posting must be where employee notices are usually posted and stay up from February 1 until April 30.               return
