Fast Card applications process switching to on-line U.S. Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) has implemented an online application for Free and Secure Trade (FAST) cards through its Global On-line Enrollment System (GOES). Drivers applying for U.S.-Mexico FAST cards must begin using the on-line application immediately; CBP will no longer accept paper applications for the southern border. Enrollment centers will continue contacting drivers by phone to issue conditional approvals and schedule interviews.
